Terms and Conditions

 Company does not provide white-label services. Company’s formulations are to be considered their property, therefore, formulations are only to be utilized or sold in agreement to terms and conditions as follows: 

1. Any and all formulations purchased and/or used by Client for profit, we ask for the inclusion of Company name and/or logo either via social media, product labels, web platforms and/or packaging design. (It can be as simple as a brand shout out on their social platforms.) The recognition is to be minimal and non-invasive to Clients product design or brand esthetic. 

2. Formulas produced by Company and used as a baseline formula for Client, with Client’s intent to further work on will fall under the same requirements as above stated. 

3. Transfer of ownership on finalized formulas from Company to Client are available at a base minimum of $10,000.

i. Final formulas that are not purchased will never be reused by Company or any third party. All Client brand and final formula information will be filed away. Client is the only party with access to the final formula. 

ii. If a finalized formula is purchased, Client has two of the following options: 

● Company is responsible for compounding (manufacturing) your fragrance concentrate.

● Company has agreed for Client to purchase the formula and use their own manufacturer. Company will sell the formula and release Client from Company compounding service for an additional $10,000. Client will receive the complete and final formula with the list of ingredients, their CAS #'s, their percentages, totals in grams and full ownership. 

4. Failure to comply with above mentioned terms without a standing agreement between Company and Client is a breach or violation of contract and will result in termination of agreement. (i.) Breach of contract may be subject to fees, not limited to base minimum price increase per formula used, and legal action.
